Account Management Specialist

Job description

•Develop/pitch campaigns active and prospective accounts across multiple categories.
•Establish and build effective relationships on the brands and Digikala side.
•Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
•Plan and organize personal sales strategy
•Proficiently update customer database with new leads, opportunities, and sales progressions.
•Maintain pipeline reports for ongoing updates on sales status with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new services.
•Network within industry and professional organizations, trade shows and other events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any other related field
Excellent negotiation skills
Vision to understand seller needs and translate them in to practical solutions
Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
Excellent team working and team developing ability
Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
