Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist
Job description
- Generating reports from single or multiple sources.
- Collect and validate the data via different channels.
- Perform audits of clients’ analysis from GA data.
- Plan and set up Micro/Macro conversions in GA and Micro/Macro metrics for A/B tests.
- Design and implement A/B tests.
- Helping develop and Analyze A/B testing data and report results of tests.
- Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in the formula
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
- Developing features to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze data and visualize them ( Data Studio )
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office and Especially in MS EXCEL
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google tag manager, Firebase
- Understanding of key design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimizations and growth hacking principles.
