Job description

  • Responsible for 5-10 distribution centers in the Tehran.
  • Analyzing and monitoring Cross Border logistics performance.
  • Managing new projects and new channels release.
  • Assuring on time delivery.
  • Liaising with various departments and regional offices for coordination.
  • Planning and executing process optimization for the team.
  • Conducting pricing and cost analysis.
  • Analyze data to manage delivery times and transport costs.
  • Use data to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements.
  • Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
  • Plan and manage projects.
  • Work on new supply strategies.
  • Plan delivery routes.
  • Execution of distribution policies.
  • Supervision, guidance, and control of the procedures.
  • Supervises deliveries to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparation of weekly reports regarding the distribution flow.
  • Monitors and tracks the progress of deliveries.
  • Guidance and control of manpower.
  • Problem-solving regarding the company's policies and guidelines.
  • Account balance clearly on the basis of the company's procedure.
  • Providing data points for the preparation of business reviews and planning reports.
  • Reviews employee performances and provides feedback and suggestions.
  • Ensures client satisfaction through efficient departmental activities.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of management experience in the field of logistics and distribution.
  • Bachelor or master degree holder in/Industrial Engineering/supply chain/logistics/MBA or related fields.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding analytic and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer experience.
  • -Fluent in English.
