Digikala is seeking for a structured, data driven and motivated Sales Specialist – Hunter - who will be responsible for generating interest, negotiating and developing sellers to trade on DigiKala Marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for approaching prospective sellers, developing the seller’s interest in DigiKala Marketplace and facilitating the development of their account.



  • Significant cold calling to a diverse range of seller levels to generate qualified leads.
  • Pitch DigiKala as a power selling platform to sellers and increase interest in its service.
  • Familiar with retail category sectors – specialty in a single category is preferred.
  • Work closely with the Lead Generation team and category managers to identify assortment gaps and sellers to fill those gaps.
  • Arrange training sessions for a hassle free on boarding experience for sellers.
  • Help setup and develop the account – will be working closely with other DigiKala internal departments.
  • Creating and maintaining all related client communications, documentation and reports as well as meeting and exceeding monthly targets.


  • At Least Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Great at sales.
  • 2 to 5 years’ sales experience required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of all major MS office products – Excel, Power Point, Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to connect with all levels of individuals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital.
  • A minimum intermediate level of English language knowledge.
  • Motivated, Data driven and thrive on sales targets.
