Seller Monitoring Specialist

Job description

  • Ability to correctly check income hints about sellers offences and gather enough documents and make correct decision based on the process in right time
  • Ability to follow up root cause of the claims and propose solutions
  • Proactively propose solutions for keeping the process update and find best way of handling sellers offences issue
  • Ability to check sellers products in order to not sell any fake items
  • To ensure that replying for the issues comes from unions/Legal in mentioned time
  • To ensure all the problematic sellers are under control and well tracked


  • BS in statistics, industrial management, business management, information management, or related field
  • Practical experience
  • Technical expertise in gathering data
  • Analytical mind
  • Expert with Excel
  • A great team player
  • Self-disciplined, Self-motivated, Responsible, Flexible, multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team Good command of Microsoft office application
  • Fluency in English is an advantage
