Job description

• Consult and support Hiring Managers in Technology Department to recruit best available talents for vacant positions.

• Following end to end of recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding.

• Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews , ...
• Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills and behavioral assessments and personality tests.
• Reference and background checks of applicants
• Prepare documentation for hiring process

• Project manager in Different Recruitment projects 


• Education: BA or Master Degree in related fields like MBA, HRM, Industrial Psychology
• Experience: Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience essential

• Professional knowledge of all HR areas particularly Recruitment and hiring
• Ability to work as team player
