Job description

. Monitoring ticketing system to solve incoming tickets from junior staff
· Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the internal computer network, including planning and other activities reserved for the most complex issues
· Defining and implementing UC applications (CUCM | CUC |CUP | Voice Gateway 3900,44XX) disaster recovery
· Ensuring UC security by insuring proper user accessibility per the direction of the Supervisor and Security staff
· Maintaining, preparing and upholding processes for reporting, statistically monitoring, and logging UC performance
· Assisting in planning for the future strategy of UC

· Making major changes in the UC services & configurations


Good knowledge of:
· Current and future practices, terminology, and principles of networking and information technology
· Cisco voice gateway hardware and UC applications (CUCM | CUC |CUP | Voice Gateway 3900,44XX) management of the most complex nature
· Continuity of operations practices relating to local area networks and connectivity to wide area networks
· CCNP Collaboration concepts

Skill in:
· Problem solving with relation to complex computer systems and UC applications & services operations
· Oral, written, and one-on-one communications with technical and non-technical users
· Organizing objectives, and prioritizing work

Ability to:

· Quickly analyze operational issues with complex UC application & services operations and equipment
